The charger is conveniently located on the southward road, and for those coming from Nagpur, the nearest U-turn is approximately 500 meters ahead. Pros: ✅ Reliable & Networked Charger – The charger is connected to BPCL’s eDrive App, ensuring ease of access and real-time availability updates. ✅ Friendly Staff & Owner – The people at Chawla Petroleum were very helpful and courteous. ✅ Public Toilet Available – Though not in the best condition, it is usable. Cons: ❌ No Shade or Seating Facility – It can be uncomfortable if you have to wait. ❌ Only One Charging Gun – This can lead to long wait times, as I experienced on my return journey when the charger was occupied for nearly an hour. ❌ No Restaurant or Café – If you need food or refreshments, you might have to plan accordingly. Final Verdict: This EV charging station is reliable and well-maintained, making it a good stop if you're traveling on NH 47. However, the lack of a second charging gun, shade, and food options means you should be prepared for possible wait times and limited amenities.
