“A bit of a challenge to find the charging stations for the first time! You pay to park in the garage but the charging is free. Go to south parking GO DOWN this may mean taking a left immediately upon entry. Ignore the first charging stations you see in “Reserved Parking” at this writing these take some kinda code and if your reading this you’re probably not welcome there. Proceed down to level 0 or the brown level. To get there it may be necessary to ignore “valet parking only” signs, you’re heading to the physician’s parking area. Once you hit level 0 or the brown level look for elevators on the right and 6 ChargePoint stations on your left. All were in use by 7:30 AM on a weekday with BEVs except my PHEV. I suspect the BEVs plan to spend the day, so check your Charge Point app for availability before you go to much trouble hunting for the stations. To get into the hospital from the charging stations cross the driveway to the elevators and go to level 5 or the orange level. Here you’ll find the elevated walkway. Walk the elevated walkway over to the hospital and a help desk at the entrance. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because of the all the BEVs sitting there getting cobwebs. I’d suggest Charge Point collecting $ after a few hours of free use. Hope this helps you first time users here!” — Harold Brown, 4 years ago

“Yeah, so I’m here as of 10/28/24 and the valet sign is still there, but guess what, after you pass the sign and get to the turning point to go down another level it’s literally blocked off with a neon green barricade and a car parked on the other side in front of the barricade. Apparently these chargers are for physicians only… which makes no sense because do they NOT work 12 to 14 hour shifts 😒?! I can see if they were traveling between hospitals, but it makes no sense to me. Oh and those first chargers in the other post, they’re bagged off and the attendant that’s in the kiosk, she’ll ask why you came from down there too and if you tell her that you’re looking to charge she’ll attempt to point you to those bagged off chargers that she has FULL visibility of them being INOP 🙄. I asked her if there were chargers in North Parking deck and she said,”I think so 🤔”. I don’t think there is because that’s where I mainly park at anyway.” — supanovaMECCA, a year ago
