I went to extend my parking time so I could continue charging but there was no option for this(you can only buy parking time from the current time onward). It was also unclear if the PayByPhone was servicing these spots as well or just the nearby spots. I already got a parking ticket for not properly entering my license plate number on the app and decided to use the kiosk to be safe as it prints out a receipt I can place on the dash board. These actions overall hurt adoption of EVs. Another case of missing the forest for the trees. The cognitive burden alone makes me unlikely to ever rent an EV in the near future.
