“Facility was not advertised as valet. I pulled up next to an EV charging station wanting to plug in during my event. A man came up and informed me it was a valet garage and that no EV stations were available. I told him in this case I wanted to leave. Suddenly his boss told me they would plug in my car while I was parked. I checked my phone app about 20 minutes later and found there was no power going to the car. I walked back to find it haphazardly plugged in. They said it was my car's fault there was no electricity. I was charged full price for the 30 minute stay having been provided no electrical power. They say the parking is their service and the electricity is a courtesy. I feel that they coerced me into staying, based on the lie that they would power my vehicle. Not very courteous.
