“ChargePoint routinely creates unnecessary stress in my life. I just want to charge my car. They overcharge or multiple charge my credit card, charging sessions unexpectedly stop with no way of restarting remotely using the app, payment methods randomly work or don’t work, and the notification that app gives when a charging station is available is often useless because the station tells you it’s available even when there is a random car parked there taking up a charging spot improperly. It seems the city doesn’t do any enforcement of improper parking in charging station spots as far as I’ve ever seen.
