“Need maintenance. While they do charge, they do not charge efficiently. Per ChargePoint, maintenance is managed by property Managers; in this case, City of Brighton. Charger do charge the full 30 Amps but voltage is low. Voltage fluctuates between 190 to 195 Volts instead of around 207 Volts. While about 15 volts may not seem much, that is about 5% slower charge than what it could be. I believe this slower charge contributes to most stalls usually being taken up. Ironically, this is in front of Brighton Crime Victim Compensation and Consumer Fraud building where the parking lot is generally not lit at night. Potentially making it less safe to charge during evenings and nights. Because of slower charging, poor lighting, and difficult to find an open stall, I go to the other parking lot near the Ballot Box drop off where there are more and faster charging stations.
