“I paid 0.8 cents towards another customers charge today and FLO is unwilling to rectify this by crediting this very incredibly low amount back to my account. Common sense would suggest that you use the first charger closest to you. It turns out that common sense is not so common; and a customer parked in front of me was indeed using the port that was closer to my car than the available one nearest to him. I didn’t realize this at first because the charging flap was closed, and the app allowed me to start a charge. It wasn’t until I opened the flap that I noticed the charging cord was missing and already attached to the other customer’s car. That customer thankfully quickly disengaged the charge and explained they were new to charging and trying to figure out how to start the charger again. I spoke with a representative named Sis, who very aggressively stated that he was unable to help. He tried to dismiss my experience by claiming that the charger shouldn't have allowed me to start the charge if the other customer didn't return the cord to the port. Well, it occurred so his information did not help at all. I'm not hurting over the missing 0.8 cents but as a warning to others users, FLO would rather bad customer relations than provide solutions.
