“Been there a couple times and it’s blocked 25% of the time. People in this neighborhood don’t care at all and 311 takes hours. Download the app and charge. If you come here around 8pm to 8:30pm, chances are some idiot is trying to save $1 and waiting there to charge at 9pm. My advice is to come between 7 to 8pm of course. Be aware of that.
