“Drove from Rochester with our 2018 Nissan Leaf and there were 2 non-electric cars parked in the EV spots. Didn't have enough juice to get home so had to park behind the 2 cars parked there and wait for them to come out of the Buffalo Zoo. We waited 2 hours in the car. I talked to staff at the zoo and they said they couldn't do anything not even page people to move the cars. There were no signs saying these spots were designated for electric vehicles either. When my family got in the Zoo finally at 3pm when the zoo closes at 4pm the zoo personnel didn't even give us discounted entry. Lesson learned.
