“This charger is underground, and even with Rogers 5G makes it difficult to function via FLO app. If you cannot connect with cellular data, then it will NOT start the charger. You need to purchase a stupid $15 RFID card from FLO in order to use in these situations. At least ChargePoint doesn't require this type of stupid accessibility. Then, after you call the emergency FLO representative, they will charge you $2.00 for activation fee of the charging station! Very frustrating.” — justun chan, 2 years ago
