“These chargers are level two (or worse) as I was in the mall for 1 hr and got 8% added to what I had. There is only 6 stalls and two were being used. They are hard to find as you need to go to where the google marker is and take the underground parade ramp down to the first level and they are to the right, along the wall. Good wall signage once you get to the green underground level where they are. See image. These chargers are Flo so make sure you have this app.” — J Green, 2 years ago

“Having these chargers available at a fair price in the mall parkade is fantastic. Staff are frequently in the area and ICE vehicles are rarely in the spots it seems. The charge around $1.25/hr is reasonable. Given how busy these chargers seem to get, adding a larger installation with more handles available would be great, but there are 120V wall outlets in both this parkade and the south one in a pinch. “Used these chargers while we were in the mall for a few hours. They are level two chargers, but that being said it was nice to add a little bit to the vehicle before continuing our trip.
