“It's not every day that I feel compelled to write a review about a hotel, but when a hotel promises something as significant as Tesla Level 2 destination chargers and then fails to deliver, it's a huge letdown. Upon arrival, with a mere 3% battery left on my Tesla, I was utterly shocked to discover that 5 out of their advertised chargers were OUT OF ORDER! This included 3 J1772 chargers and 2 Tesla chargers. What's worse, every other functional charger was already occupied. The primary reason I had booked this hotel was its charging facility. Advertising such an essential amenity and not maintaining it is a grave oversight. My entire day's itinerary was thrown off balance due to the unexpected delay as I had to wait endlessly just to get a slot to charge my car. This completely ruined my experience and all the activities I had planned. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. For an establishment that claims to cater to modern and environmentally conscious travelers, it’s a shame that they can’t even maintain their chargers.
