“Note -- even though charging here is currently free, you will need a Charge Point account. They will require a credit card but didn't charge me until I used a station elsewhere. If you have an account, you can activate using their smartphone app. You can also request a card from them which will unlock the machine. It was difficult to locate because was set as INSIDE of the Hockey store. I submitted a location change to Google. The station is near the front door of Kohl's. (Northeast of the door.). I posted a photo from inside my car, that shows the station with Kohl's front door in the background. The station worked fine even with 2 cars charging at the same time.
