“Do not charge here! The idling fees are astronomical and the signage is completely inadequate. I have a complaint in with the company already. We will see if they resolve it. This is why it’s so bad: It is a slow, low kw charger at a hotel. I have used many slow hotel chargers before, but they don’t charge idling fees and certainly not $1 a minute!! I can’t leave my room at 2am to move my car after 6 hours of charging. The screen is cracked and there’s a huge glare. If you do manage to see it, you have to search through several screens to get to the idling fees (I discovered this the next day after being charged $450). The app discontinued text notifications in the spring of 2025 (how convenient!). They’d rather send you an email. Horrible, horrible experience. Never use Charge Point.” — Stacy D, 9 months ago
