“Tried several times to use with a code. But it did not work. The display returned a message to call customer support. Customer support asked me to find them the serial number of the side of the unit for them. They tried several things including rebooting to no avail. From setting up an account on the app, depositing funds, verifying identity over the phone and then having to troubleshoot the station with customer support, it was discouragingly tedious compared to pulling up to a tesla charger and plugging it in.
