“Nice spot to get a free charge. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Location is by Trader Joe's, close to the building in one of the middle parking aisles. One dual level 2 charging station along with 2 spots reserved for charging. They're usually open around 11.30 but the location can get crowded after that. Sometimes they're blocked by ICE vehicles.
