“I brought my friend here to charge his Leaf overnight on a Saturday. We got here, and found out that you have to get a ticket in order to enter onto the 1st floor, so they probably charge for parking. We found only 2 of the 14 charging spaces that are here, with only 2 of them on the 1st floor. One of the spaces had a broken connector, and the other one was for a Handicap Accessible spot. We drove around for 5 minutes trying to find a way up to the 2nd floor, just to learn that access is restricted. We could not find any other stations, so we were forced to go elsewhere.
