“Chargers seem new, but #19 was down. I moved my car to #15, I plugged in; it started charging and immediately stopped. I pressed the 'start' button on the machine, nothing happened, I tried to initiate through the Shell Recharge app and it said #15 was occupied (by me !!) I hit Start Charging from the Tesla app and failed again. I had similar experiences at this location before since Shell took over. ChargePoint was flawless. Volta was also flawless.
