“These chargers are to the right of the City of Garland Fire Administration building. The price is free, and you will gain about 25 miles per hour charged. The chargers are sticky from the tree sap, though, and if it’s summer time bring bug spray because there’s mosquitoes. A nice quiet place to sit, and Race Trac is a short walk away while you’re charging.
