The ChargePoint app is also not helpful with the charging station. The information if one should pay for parking plus the charging is also not clear. “Everything works the way it should. However, the problem I encountered there was the fact that the ev parking spots were not labelled as "for ev parking only" which means one of the ev parking spots was occupied by a gas vehicle because not everyone has common sense apparently.
