“This is the worst place to try and charge. Assume it's just always offline. I've reached out to their support team a half dozen times since May 2025 to report a broken charger, in addition to several times before that and they refuse to fix it. Similarly the one on Edith st is frequently broken too. AVOID IVY. Just look at their map across southern Ontario and how many devices are offline and they refuse to bring back on.
