“I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this property management company Workspace Property Trust Horsham was extremely disappointing and frankly unethical. I parked at one of Workspace Property Trust management charging stations and carefully checked the posted rate before plugging in. The screen clearly displayed $2 per hour. Confident in that rate, I left my vehicle to charge. When I returned in the middle of the session, I was shocked to find the management company Workspace Property Trust Horsham had changed the price mid-session to $20 per hour without any warning or consent. This is not a small adjustment — it’s a tenfold increase while my car was actively charging. This practice is deceptive and unfair. Customers should be able to rely on the rate shown at the start of service. Changing prices mid-use is misleading, predatory, and a complete breach of trust. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that engages in such behavior. Property management requires transparency, honesty, and respect for customers — unfortunately, none of those were demonstrated here. see attached receipt that shows they changed the price at 12:18PM charge point server confirmed it was the property management company Workspace Property Trust Horsham” — Ed Wise, a year ago
