“I'd give this negative stars if I could. They are completely fraudulant. They charged me $65+ for a single charge of a 75% of a Model 3 (25% --> 100%) when I've historically done the same charger at the same location MANY times for $25-$30. Their system is completely broken after switching to a "new app" and doesn't register when you return the charger to it's stall. “Don’t use this place. There is a Tesla supercharger down the road in the Newport mall parking that’s a better option. Greenspot charges $2.50 an hour in “idle fees” when you leave it plugged in for overnight parking. Takes 6 hours to fully charge, so unless you set your alarm and wake up at 3:30am to unplug it, expect to be charge $7-10 on top of the $.40 per kWh. It cost me nearly $25 on my last (and only) charge. Poor client experience and business model. I even emailed them. They refunded me, told me they’ll charge their business policy, then emailed me again saying they changed their minds… 🤣🤣 I guess idle fees are a big part of their business model.
