“Absolutely unimaginable terrible interaction with employees and "management". The GoogleMap App showed the availability of a ChargePoint Station. On arrival, I was preparing to pay and charge when I was told that this was a PRIVATE STATION for the use of AutoNation Cars only. The signage said differently. My App seemed to work fine, and it showed it to be a public station, and both stations were unused. I asked to speak to the manager. I was escorted inside and the "Manager" said that it was a Private Station (sure did not look like a private station). Under these circumstances, I suggested that I could pay for a 15 minute charge and I would never attempt to return to charge again. Would also edit the Google Map database. The Manager said NO. After he got up and left, I asked the other employees for the name of the Manager. They said that they did not know his name. This AutoNation Center is a place to avoid at all costs. Their idea of service and support is the exact opposite of what it needs to be to be. No professionalism whatsoever based on my experience. I was on location to review the purchase options of a Jeep Gladiator. Not going to happen from this dealer... ever.” — Ed Lake, a year ago
