“If you need a charge and like walking this is a great charger. The chargers are located under a solar canopy keeping your EV out of the sun, rain or snow as it charges. It also gives me a good feeling that some of the power is coming from the sun. Ulster Saving Bank sets the price and it’s $0.194kW with a session fee of $0.99. This makes it the cheapest place to charge in the area. I’ve been here when all the chargers are being used. There are two other chargers nearby. Forsyth Park is under a mile and has one double 7.1kW charger for $0.25kw or the EVolveNY $0.47/kWh at the Bank of America for 350kW just 0.3 miles away Across the street is the O&W Rail Trail Trailhead.
