Oh, ignore that one reviewer, the charging stations are nowhere near the front. As you're driving past the Casino entrance (with the entrance on your right), keep going until you're about half way through the garage and look to the right. “Only 2 out of 6 chargers were working when I was there. The one we used took a long time before it recognized that it was plugged in. We spent about 10 minutes figuring it out. It also cheeses at a very slow rate. All that being said, we left our car plugged in overnight and it did charge from 12% to 100%.
