The charging station behind Lexington bar One of the charging plugs had been locked for 3-5 weeks as per today when I went to charge my car and still isn’t working So I moved my car down to the station. Located behind We Olive station ID: 0002:2077 both of the plug extenders have been reserved and are on the incorrect side of the charger and your not working able to get either plug off when I use my ChargePoint app thru my Apple wallet Can we get some help to these stations ! How as a society assure and promote the use of electric vehicle and get others to buy an electric car and if we can’t assure them that the stations are not working In tip top order . “Both plugs are partially melted; one refused to charge. Despite showing as a 7.2kw charger, one side only ever charges at 3.5kw. other split chargers use the full 7.2 if only one side is in use, so charging is slloooowww.
