“Absolutely horrible experience. The charger only charges 10 miles per hour and it turns off when Kohl's isn't open so it stopped charging at 11pm. It wouldn't let us start charging again until the next morning at 9am when Kohl's opened. We also needed a blink login and had to give credit card info just to use the free charger which was a pain to download the blink app and also download a QR reader app to put in the code to activate the charger.. Big scam Kohl's!! You are only doing it to be able to say you are supporting the environment when in reality you really don't care. Putting in the equivalent of a dryer electrical connection would charge 3 times faster. A regular electrical outlet in a house chargers at 5 miles per hour so this isn't much faster than that.
