“Ignorant security guard. I was stranded due to electric vehicle malfunction. Was trying to resolve for 2 hours. Security guard circled entire time but offered no assistance. Only upon getting in a Uber did the guard chase me down to tell me I would be liable if the disabled car was not towed that evening. I tried to explain that the vehicle would not start and the dealership was arranging a tow and it might not be until the next day. She insisted on getting my contact info so they could hold me responsible! What ignorance. A patron is stuck and cannot guarantee the vehicle will be towed that night, and instead of calling a supervisor to ask for an exception, the security guard accosts the patron.
