“I paid for parking to get a charge here while I was on a boat tour. The charger said it started charging, 50 minutes later I get a notification that my car was done charging with 0.0 kw dispensed. Obviously I'm not going to be back for hours, and will come back to a car that isn't charged. Called chargepoint, and while the operator was nice, he said he wasn't sure if and when a tech could service the station.
