“Terrible. I couldn't get it to work and it wound up holding multiple attempts on my credit card. I called the help number and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally got through to someone who wanted my phone number and email address. I explained it was not a app user and just wanted to charge while I was in town. He put me on hold again for a long time and came back to tell me that the charging station wasn't working. I asked the gentleman in charge of the garage that night if I would get in trouble for leaving my vehicle parked there since I am only supposed to leave at parked there when it is charging. He said that all of the traffic enforcement people know that these charging stations basically are never working and the company has been talking about replacing them for a year and a half. Do not waste your time on these. It was my first experience trying to charge my EV rental and it was very frustrating.” — Lily L, 2 months ago

“Have been charging in this garage for over a decade. Unfortunately this is a very busy location and always lucky to be able to get a charging stall.
