“The apartments put these here supposedly as a courtesy. Let's start with the app. They make you put a minimum $20 deposit into an account. If you're only using these chargers one time, they make the refund process on the difference incredibly difficult. You can't do it on the app, you have to call their 1-800 number during their business hours. Barely get 4 kilowatt an hour, and they charge a $3 an hour parking fee. That essentially makes these chargers useless and ridiculously expensive. If you want to break that down to an equivalent cost per gallon, it works out to over $10 per gallon.” — Airbus Express, a year ago
