What drivers have written
“This was my first charging experience after leasing my fully electric Lexus RZ, so I had no idea what I was doing. I called the phone number on the box and they walked me through setting up a Flo account. I loaded $25 on my account and easily plugged in my vehicle. It charges $2/hour for the first 4 hours, then $4/hour. I paid around $5 for about 2 1/2 hours charging, filling about 25% of my battery. I believe this is a level 2 charger. I had no issues using this charging station.” — Lisa Schmidt, 2 years ago
“Stop charging for time after the car is already charged and idling. Should be paying for the electricity, not the time at the station. Alternatively - 4 hours doesn’t provide enough time for a full charge - make it 5 or 6 hours. That way if you paid the discounted night rate of $2/hr from 10pm - 7am and the car is fully charged, you can still get to your car to unplug it in a reasonable amount of time, and you don’t have to rush to it at 3am in the morning to unplug it to avoid the higher rates. If God forbid, you leave your car overnight and leave it 3-4 hours too long, you’ll probably be charged $27 which makes it more expensive than if you’d just gone to a Tesla Supercharger and charged it for 30 minutes which is crazy.” — Sean Riley, 11 months ago
“Marked as “offline” in the app. Can’t get it to work for me, not does anyone answer the help line.” — Meredith Riley Stewart, 3 years ago
