“Très mauvaise expérience. 1) Pour utiliser la borne ça été très compliqué. Ça me disait quand j’ai mis le chargeur dans ma voiture que la borne était en utilisation mais c’était moi. Donc je ne pouvait plus l’utiliser, ça fait ça 3 fois. Enfin j’ai pu utiliser la borne et quand j’ai arrêté la charge le chargeur ne voulait pas sortir de ma voiture . J’ai donc dû appeler au numéro de téléphone sur la borne. La personne m’a fait essayer plusieurs choses à faire mais ça ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Après 20 minutes d’essai il s’est renseigné en me demandant la marque de ma voiture et le modèle. Il m’a dit d’ouvrir le capot et de voir si il y avait un bouton jaune et de tirer . Je ce n’ai pas vu de bouton mais un fils jaune j’ai essayé une fois ça ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai essayé une 2eme fois en tirant plus fort et cette fois-ci j’ai réussi.J’au perdu 45 minutes à cet endroit. Je crois que je n’utiliserai plus ces bornes. En revenant j’ai utilisé une borne Tesla et cela a été très rapide et très facile.Donc je n’ai plus vraiment confiance à ce circuit.” — François L'Eriger, in the last week
