“The charger suspended and then stopped twice after 10 minutes which was about 1kW. I was charged $2 to start each session. Update: I contacted their technical support. They were very responsive. “Worked for me. I saw all units (4) working. Charged at 5.8kW rate but the bill was for higher (their app said 6.8kW). Level 2 and not fast charging. Still, at convenient place. Was hard to find a spot mid day on a holiday weekend. App does not refresh on its own. You need to exit and or change the page on app, go to another charger or tab, and go back to see actual status of that station. Also, when you plug in, it will say “preparing”. Make sure to click start charge on app. Will stay “preparing” forever even if you have app and credit card setup. I saw people stay on charger saying “preparing” and not getting a charge.
