“So I wrote a review a few months back about how great my experience was living at Cortland at the Hill. Unfortunately since then, Desiree has left and they have new staff. I decided to move back to this apartment (big mistake) and the process has been terrible. I was told I could move in last Saturday, scheduled movers, packed my stuff up and then was told my application wasn't approved yet so I'd need to wait. Every time I call, either no-one answers and I never get a call back or I speak with a different person and have to re-explain everything.
