“Horrible. Seems to be maintained by the city and Chargepoint together. In reality that means nobody maintains it. 2 of 3 stations have broken connectors not fixed since June and not charging many EVs (your model works? You are lucky. Only middle connector works with all EVs). Tons of complaints, nothing fixed. They are “waiting for some part” for at least two months now. Really? You have thousands of stations nationwide and no parts? Every time I try to use this station its a pain and I regret my decision. Lucky to have plug-in hybrid so have a choice.
