“These chargers are brand spanking new, but the cords are so stiff and short that the only way we’ve been able to get them to work is to park perpendicularly across the spots so our port is lined up directly with the charger. Even then you have to crank the cord and move the excess around to try to ease the tension. The stiffness of the cord causes it to torque against the car’s charge port and the connection fails after a minute. Luckily there’s never been anyone else parked here. Otherwise, it’s a nice spot! Come into the parking garage from the Maple Ave entrance and head left out of the covered garage. They are located at the far end of the surface level open parking area (yes, they’re uncovered, which is annoying when you’re trying to get it to connect 10 times in the pouring rain) that runs along Maple Ave. If you come into the garage from the ground level you need to go up to level one to get out to this area.” — Chessie Monks-Kelly, 4 years ago
