“Inside "The Cove" Plaza/Complex, to the left (turn where the see the 3 big flags). It gets kinda crowded in the afternoon, but there's usually a space or two open. Notably, half the people parked aren't charging, since a lot of contractors come in and out. 4 stations, 10 spaces. Ignore the first station you see that's facing a different direction than the others. It's private use only. “On maps this destination says it’s free for the first four hours including the property owners site, but after connecting.. it does charge you. The mobile app is free and easy to set up. Overall, the price before 9pm is VERY affordable. It was about $1.20 for an hour while I went to eat at a restaurant in the complex. Be aware, it is shared charging.
