“Free charging spot (besides paying for parking). There is a museum security car that is constantly blocking one spot so cars have to straddle the unused security car as you can see in the photo. The museum isn't open Monday and Tuesday and yet the car continues to block the spot for folks and when the museum is open it still doesn't move which blocks the spot for museum visitors.
