“The ChargePoint station is located on the first floor of the parking garage three left turns after entering. It is visible from the Banner Bank entrance (directly across the street) and open-air to walk to (for better or worse). There are two ports here with one being labeled handicap EV parking only. Security: The garage can be easily accessed from street level and there are no cameras in the garage which is a bit troubling. It is located directly across the street from the Banner Bank entrance, which more than likely have CC cameras securing the building, so if anyone had any nefarious agendas, they may be able to assist the authorities. Weather: With the charge station being located within a garage, your car will be able to stay at a cool climate while charging, and will be protected from the harsh elements. Disclaimers: There is a disclaimer that you must pay for your parking prior to parking here, though I haven't quite figured out how, yet (I had planned on staying in the car while my car charged, just to kill time). There is also a second disclaimer that you are limited to a 3 hour charge limit here, so just know that someone could report your car if parked here too long.” — Ryk Good, 6 years ago

“Charger latch was broken and got stuck in our car. Charge point insisted it wasnt their issue. Roadside assistance said they couldn't do anything. My wife was delayed for several hours and could not get home to feed our newborn baby. Eventually security was able to force the chatger larch open with a screwdriver.
