“Usually not all of them are working... The 4 EV plugs for the public are often broken and not repaired so they cannot all be used. Tried to report but there is no cell or wifi signal at the location of the charger to take a photo and upload in the ChargePoint app. Unfortunately the plugs break when people try to unplug other people who are charging. It's the members of the public who ruin it most frequently. Yanking on the handle won't make it work for you, you have to press the button first. Hopefully they get repaired soon.
