If you’re driving an electric or plug-in hybrid, here are some key points to know about charging stations: 1. Location in the parking lots - There are ChargePoint outlets in several parking garages and surface parking lots at Universal Studios, accessible as you enter the parking lot. If you want to charge directly near the Front Gate, you’ll need to look for an outdoor preferred parking lot: - Woody Woodpecker Lot (Right at the Front Gate): This outdoor “Preferred Parking” zone is located closest to the park entrance. It also has a ChargePoint charging station, specifically for those who want to park and charge right next to the entrance. - E.T. Garage (Level B1): This is where you will find the most charging points (about 16), so you will have the best chance of finding a free space. - Jurassic Parking Garage (Level 1 and B1M): It has about 8 connections. - Frankenstein Garage (Level 2 and Level 7): A smaller number (4) of charging points are available. - Curious George Garage (Level 1): It also has some chargers near the elevator lobbies. 2.
