“Park here and charge up using your FLO card or credit card to activitate. There is (at time of writing) no cost to charge, and on the weekend parking is free. So stop here and head north across the parking lot to pick up the Glendale Trail. This trail winds northward until you come to a parking lot off Interurban road. Just behind this parking lot is a raised observation platform to give you a look over the lake. If you have binoculars then this is the perfect place to use them. To extend the trip you can walk from here further on the trail to the Horticultural Centre of the Pacific for tea and a look at the gardens. Come back on the same trail.” — Andrew Cripps, 5 years ago
