“I had my EV for over 6 years and I have to say this was the worst charing experience so far. The charging speed was unexpectedly slow, only providing about half a charge in 4 hours. (26 kWh) I was billed for a duration of 8 hours, which is double the time I was actually parked at the station. I believe there was an error with the session counter. Due to these errors, the cost per kWh exceeded $1, which is excessive. I contacted Flo and they said there's nothing they can do. “My experience, I downloaded the flo app and put $10 on it. Drive around for 10mins trying to find it since no signs. P1 btw. Get to charge station and plug in, nothing happens since I don't have a flo card, but from their app looks like I can start it. Btw there's no internet connection underground. So bike to Starbucks and find wifi. It says vehicle in use on app, because oh yeah I left it plugged in. So bike back to charge station, unplug. Bike back to Starbucks, and start session, bike back to underground. Plug in. Still blue and saying ready to charge. I'm thinking I need to start session again, so bike back to Starbucks and it says car in use, no option to start it, even though I'm plugged in with money in the app. And I don't have a card because I didn't plan on charging here two months ago. So bike back and leave. I'm ready to leave my electric car there at this point and stick my bike so I don't ruin my vacation running around town trying to get juice.
