“Bottom floor location inside the Uptown Whittier parking garage. Pretty fast charging for level 2 (7kw), doesn’t seem very busy in the middle of the day at least. “Nice and fast. Got about 40 miles in an hour. Price is reasonable. The only issue is if there is an event (for example the Whittier Night Market) all parking is taken, including the handicap spaces. Still, you can plug your car in and walk around. There are several bars and restaurants, as well as little shops to occupy your time.
