“Charging stations are located on the north side of Cottonwood beside the firehall. ChargePoint has implemented a new policy where they are automatically charging a high fee to your payment method. Instead of paying per session, they are now charging a $50 hold to your credit card. As a result, I could not charge my car despite having a preloaded amount on my account. I refused to allowed this charge because there was already funds on my account. Despite this, I was forced to call customer service to activate the charger, and tolerate the customer service hard to understand accent (South asian/Indian). Flo is better and let's you set the amount you want to get added to your account and won't put holds of money onto your credit card for X amount of days/week.” — C H, 9 months ago
