“Whoever is running these or has ownership is doing a great job at ruining the Charge point name and customer offer. I had called in months ago for a broken hose lying on the ground, being stepped on and driven on. That was not fixed. Then 2 of the 4 charging points stopped working a month ago. Today all 4 are down !! I called the help line and got the most generic response without any resolution timeline. This is a great offer in the newly developed North town area, in the posh locality of Bridgewater. Someone needs to take note and escalate this callousness.
