“Pros: - This charger is pretty convenient because it is pretty much the only one in the area for now. Cons: - Very often non-electric cars are parking in the EV spots, so even if the app shows you that the charger is available, you often end up going for nothing. So I would not advise to count on this location if your battery is low. - You have to pay for parking on the top of charging. For people visiting the building or running errands in the area, it makes sense but if you are going there only to charge and you have to pay the parking + the charge. It gets really expensive. - I have an issue with this charger, I went and paid for over night parking ($8 for 12 hours), in the middle of the night the charger had an issue and stopped charging my car. So I ended up paying the parking for nothing and after complaining with the FLO company regarding the situation, they have no recourse whatsoever to compensate you for the money you lost because of their technical issue.
