“This is a great charging station. However, if you come on a Friday or Saturday night, patrons from Rainier Lanes and the nearby restaurant are parked in all of the charging spaces. I had to go into the bowling alley to ask for help. The first employee I spoke to lied about not having a PA system. He was not helpful. The second employee said let me go around and ask if it is one of our cars. He added that it could be patrons from the restaurant. The third employee actually went on the PA system and made an announcement to request for folks to move their vehicles so that a Rivian can charge. I was finally able to charge my car, but I shouldn’t have to go through all the trouble. It was annoying. People should be more considerate.” — L. L., 2 years ago
